I have always had an HP computer, and this one has not disappointed me. I brought in my old computer and Best Buy "Geek Squad" transferred the information to the new one, and the turn around time was swift. Pleased with the speed of my new computer.

This computer has performed very well and love the speed. I am able to work without any worries betweenspreadsheets. It was a breeze to connect to the priters. Best buy did the set up for me since i have the membership.

I purchased this desktop because my 10+ year old HP Pavilion could not be upgraded to Windows 11. So far, I really like this computer, and particularly appreciate the number of USB ports. My old computer had 2 USB ports on the front, both of which were at the bottom of the desktop. My new one has 6 USB ports on the front, all of which are easily accessible. My major problem at the moment is getting used to Windows 11, as well as having lost some saved emails. I'm still not sure about that. I like the wireless keyboard, but don't like the bundled mouse. The on/off button is difficult to use, so for the moment it is always on. This, of course, will wear down the 2 batteries.

Excellent computer and it is very fast. I had to replace my old one sooner or later. Customer service was very good at downloading my programs on the old one. I am very happy with this model.

Great computer and very fast for my needs. That said, I've got to boot it up twice every time in the morning. The first time the desktop icons are all over the screen. After I reboot it they're back where they should be. Also, when I start the computer the first time the keyboard doesn't work. I own 3 of these and I don't know if it's the software or the computer.
