    Was easy to transfer files and aps from old computer as long as you have cloud backup. Settings for screen size and tool bar and fovorites bar were hard to find. I like the smaller size. Takes up less room on my desktop. I like the high end specs on this computer.

    The tower was a little bigger than what I wanted but it has proven to be worth the compromise in size. It is so quiet you can't hear it. I like how quick it is and how reliable. It has made my daily experiences at my computer so much easier and productive.

    The HP computer itself is very good and good value. The in-store Geek Squad transfer of files, programs, outlook folders and address book from old computer to new one was very BAD. Had to pay local computer service businrss $100.00 to get the transfer done right, including Outlook files, address book and personal folders.
