    With support for Windows 10 going away, I purchased this HP Desktop with Windows 11. I used the Geek Squad at Best Buy to set up my new HP desktop and to transfer information from my Windows 10 computer to the Windows 11 computer. It is early in the game, so I am still learning my way around the new HP with Windoows 11. Best Buy had a good price on this item and their technicians were very good at explaining to me how it compared to what had.

    Replaces my old HP. There's learning curve involved. I am not sure how to shut it down. The sensitivity of my mouse is different so my stroke sensitivity is off.

    Ended up having to return this PC due to it constantly crashing right out of the box. Had a continuous loop of bugcheck crashes and Kernel Power crashes. For the few minutes it would run at a time it was fast but could never really test out the system as the crashing would never let up.

    OK so far. Was not happy that the Geek Squad was not permitted to transfer everything, including my applications from my old computer to this HP. And, that I had to pay the membership to get a warrantee.
