    I went I search of a new desk top to replace my Windows 10 unit. Tim Jack was extremely helpful in selecting the best unit and monitor. The Geek Squad transferred all data. The whole unit is now set up and working well.

    It’s a great computer for what I need. The only complaint I have is that it needs more HDMI connections and an SD card reader. Other than that, it’s been a great computer so far!

    Had this unit for a few months now. Seems very solid & yet light. No problems at all, though there has been some adjustment to Windows 11 (not a CPU issue, of course). I use it mainly for word processing, email, minimal social media stuff and checking out things on the internet. I'm not a gamer.
