    My previous desktop could not accept Windows 11. I went to Best Buy to replace it with a newer machine. The Geek Squad helped me with the upgrade. Now I have to get the new printer going and will call on them again. Will return to Best Buy for other appliances when the time comes,

    I’m 80 and not tech savvy because windows 11 is different than 10. But I will admit that I could have never converted over without the work of Joshua from the Geek Squad.

    My HP OmniDesk Desktop PC worked great right out of the box. It boots up very fast and with Windows 11 preinstalled, it was easy to port most files from my old PC to the new one. I had to reinstall all of my other software from old PC, which took another day. Hardware wise, there are 6 various speed USB ports on the front and another 4 USB A ports, as well as one HDMI, Network, and Audio connections on the rear.
