    We love this computer so far. We live in the country and our internet service isn't the best, but this computer loads really good considering!

    The new Desktop is great. My only issue is that it didn't come with any connection cords. I had to research which cords would work with my monitor.

    Everyone at BB was very helpful. The only complaint I have is I still do not have My Computer up and running..3-4 weeks is to long.

    Mouse did not work Best Buy would not replace it. Never used it out of the box it did not work. Manager said I have to call HP. BAD business practice.
