Have yet to use the computer thanks to your stupid customer service people. I have spent over 36 hours on the phone with them, and they do not do what they say they are going to do

totally happy with the system the new windows is sso much better than my old system. printer is easy to operate.

I continue to have problems syncing the computer and the printer.

It's not as good as I expected. I am a little disapointed. It is slower than I think it should be.

Did not realize it did not have Mio soft instated and it had to be bought other wise it seem to be a good computer

Paid geek squad to transfer data. Some was but not everything which I did when got home. Additionally did not keep keyboard/mouse as left original box. Should have done myself and saved the aggravation.

Fine except e mail won't work right. Days with microsoft no Help.

I have told lots of people DO NOT buy any computers from you....absolutely no training or help on ones that are newer then 2018. And when i asked if all my items on my old one would be transfered to the new ,they says yes ,THAT IS NOT TRUE, I had to pay someone from your store to come up and get one one of my programs loaded and i still had to spend 4 hours with Intuit to get it right. Your a rip off.Can't just make a phone call and talk to someone at the portland store.Really bad customer service..I will spread the bad news to everyone.

Nothing but problems since the first day I started to use it.

I specifically told the clerk I was buying this for work. He sold me a PC with Home edition of windows on it. It forced me to buy another version of windows 11

Store Geek Squad Failed to Inform me that I had a NEW Operating System which required new equipment. Thankfully Online Geek Squad was very helpful. MY fules were transferred All messed up. Very DISAPPOINTED!

after less than 1 week, it started shutting down at random times and various codes. then today, it took an hour to get computer to come on in order to make payroll. I will be returning this item first chance.

Good computer, just a bit slow. Not what I expected

I thought this would be faster than my last computer which was an 8 GB but it's not.
