    After buying the OmniDesk InterCore Ultra 7 265 2025-16GB DDR5 Memory and having my data from my previous Dell Computer transferred over to the new OmniDesk, I have had one problem after another. !st my HP vs 17 monitor would not sync up to my new computer. Back into Best Buy purchased a converter kit to solve problem, failed. 2nd bought HDMI cable failed. 3rd bought new monitor & worked. Now issues with Brother Printer not accepting print commands,

    Almost went with a Dell, but HP price was better and HP was thecbetter choice. The mouse and keyboard was ok, but bought better on both. Video card not really good for gaming

    Mouse did not work Best Buy would not replace it. Never used it out of the box it did not work. Manager said I have to call HP. BAD business practice.

    Reported Best Buy sales associate to Best Buy corporate 1-800 number for possible dishonesty at the point of sale. Requested a call back from store GM to discuss associate. 30 days have transpired and I have not been contacted by Best Buy store GM or Best Buy LP. Doubt I shop this store again.
