    I didn’t like the fact that I could not read the USB ports. It also said that I needed to upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10. I bought it thinking it was Windows 11. I’ll return it.

    Easy to set up but sometimes I have to reboot the system as it won't let me on some web sites. Light weight as compared to my last HP.

    Lack of owner's manual without warning really sucked & seemed to be a precursor to the difficulties setting up. Outlook would not co-operate, had to use Thunderbird which isn't as good.

    I bought this hp desktop as new one from Best Buy north haven CT but looks like used it is ok but reputable store also does it I don’t understand

    Computer preforms fine - just disappointed in not being told it did not have capacity to add internal harddrives as it only had a 1TB harddrive. My first off the shelf desktop after having 4 custom build computers over previous 40 years.
