Excellent desktop for both performance and design. The Intel Core Ultra 7 with 16GB DDR5 handles everything smoothly — from multitasking to light editing. The 1TB SSD makes it lightning fast, and the dark wood panel gives it a classy look. I’ve compared prices across several sites, and Best Buy definitely offered the best deal. Highly recommended!

I normally order my computers direct from the manufacturer to get exactly the specs I want, but the sale price on this was so good I figured I could live without a couple of features. And I haven't been disappointed. This is a great computer once you figure out how to de-Microsoft it and strip Windows 11 down to its most basic features so it's you and your machine without 3rd party interference or "suggestions" (Stealing my file folders and sticking them on OneDrive without telling me? Really?) So now I love it. PS. I did upgrade to Windows 11 Pro.

So far so good. Could use better instructions for initial setup. Seems plenty fast but too bad Windows 10 is not supported any more. Not sure why anyone would need Windows copilot or AI for anything, but that's just me. Comes with McAfee antivirus but no instructions how to implement it. I would recommend this unit if it is on sale like mine was. No DVD drive included. Keyboard is not illuminated so can't see it at night. Used my old Logitech G903SE mouse as the HP mouse not as good. Pictures not showing full frame, they're cropped for some reason.

So far, so good. Easy to operate. This desktop replaces my old HP desktop that started with Windows 7 which I updated all the way to Windows 10 over the years. Of course, I could no longer update to Windows 11 because my old desktop was not compatible with Windows 11. I do like the new dark wood design accent that goes well with my wooden desk. Love the fact that a wireless keyboard and mouse came with the desktop too!

HP makes great computers its very fast great price and works great.

This computer is much faster than the one it replaced. I have not had any problems with it. It also takes up less space and works smoothly with my HP monitor that I also purchased from Best Buy.

Upgraded from my older Dell. Much more storage, compact size, and fast response. Don’t need more for residential use.

The setup was quick and as an open box it was a good deal. The ultra 7 chip is pretty fast and not bad for gaming. This unit is ultra quiet and only by seeing the power light do you know that it’s running.

Ordered online and picked up in store, staff were helpful and I was in and out very quickly. Happy with my purchase and the computer has been great! I dinged two stars off of ease of use because windows computers come in pro and home versions and there is no guide or way to know which one you’re buying until it’s too late and you have to pay to upgrade to pro. But that typically only affects businesses or places using multiple computers together. Otherwise great computer and great buying experience.

I like this computer. I wanted to upgrade from a really old HP desktop computer to this one, to get Windows 11. It has plenty of storage and RAM memory for routine tasks. I had read that it is quiet; but I was amazed at just how quiet it is - you literally can't even hear it all that's it is turned on. Also, I like all of the inputs that are on the front, making them very accessible.

In the day and age of laptops this desktop computer competes with them all. It is quite, large SSD and easy to setup if you are looking for a desktop.

This is the nicest computer we've ever owned. We needed to upgrade to windows 11 and this turned out to be a great pick for us. It is fast and quiet. Very nice.
