Purchased this on the advice of our son, a computer technician in the Air Force, as our old desktop was not compatible with Windows 11. As someone who is sometimes technically challenged, I found this desktop extremely easy to set up. I used our old monitor, mouse, keyboard and speakers with no issues. Was able to upload all of our documents, pictures, videos, etc. very easily. Basically, within a couple of hours, it was like we never even changed computers. And it's so much faster than our old computer - like night and day! We're very pleased with this purchase.

Great computer, design and function. Fast as lightening and very quiet!

Works well. Fast. Needed knew desktop in order to install Windows 11. Very compatible. Can't complain. Geek Squad had data transfer problems but that is not the machines fault. Very happy with the purchase and the price.

I went from an All-In-One, which wasn't very reliable, to this desk top HP OmniDesk - it is doing great and has so many options for attachments and I was able to use my All-In-One 27" screen as my monitor - so everything is running great so far

I like this HP Desktop very much. I’m still getting used to the new Windows 11 processes. The computer is wonderful. Best Buy set up my computer. The quality of the HP Desktop is really great. I had originally looked at the 32 gb and did get the 16 gb. I am very pleased with the new computer. I also purchased a case with a keyboard which is very beneficial.

This unit was easy to set up and use. Good choice for my use which is for work, meetings and everyday computing.

We needed a computer for home school and work. One that could quickly manage a seamless operation for Zoom, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and internet browsing. This unit provided everything we needed and was a simple set-up.

I bought two of these computers and they work excellent. They are fast, well equipped, and easy on the eyes. The keyboard is very high quality and sturdy. The connections make setup very easy.

Purchased the HP OmniDesk Desktop and had the Geek Squad transfer all the files and programs from the former desktop. With the Intel Ultra 7 chip this unit is fast! No problems with unit or setup.

My old Desktop computer was 11 years oil and would not support Windows 11. So, I got an HP Omnidesk and what a difference from my old computer. It's way faster and the wireless keyboard and mouse are great.

I haven't used Windows in decades. Still pretty much the experience that you expect. The hardware itself seems capable. Easy hookups, no surprises. Quiet operation everything functions as it should. I would recommend as a solid purchase.

I've had a little time to play with this computer and I like it very much The Geek Squad did a great job importing my stuff over and making sure all my information got over as far as I can tell

This is nice AI computer under $1000 with a good balance of CPU Power, Speed, RAM and SSD storage.

This computer was easy to set up and easy to switch from windows 10. It's fast. The cordless keyboard and mouse work great. And, it was on sale. I use it for personal and gaming. I highly recommend it.

I needed to change my computer because it was just so slow and old and it had Windows 10, which I had upgraded from Windows 7, so gives you an idea of how old the PC was. This OmniDesk Desktop PC is incredibly faster and of course has Windows 11. I also bought the one-time Windows Office because I didn't want or need an annual subscription since I'm now retired and don't need all the stuff for presentations etc. So I just love this PC, it's phenomenal from a general consumer's perspective. And to that last point, I also had the Geek Squad install my computer equipment so I know it's put together correctly, and everything is just ducky!
