After a decade or more with our previous desk top computer, it is so refreshing to have something new, up-to-date, multi-dimensional which allows us to explore all the available options to our completing all the tasks we require of it. All in all, an excellent purchase

So far so good. Could use better instructions for initial setup. Seems plenty fast but too bad Windows 10 is not supported any more. Not sure why anyone would need Windows copilot or AI for anything, but that's just me. Comes with McAfee antivirus but no instructions how to implement it. I would recommend this unit if it is on sale like mine was. No DVD drive included. Keyboard is not illuminated so can't see it at night. Used my old Logitech G903SE mouse as the HP mouse not as good. Pictures not showing full frame, they're cropped for some reason.

So far so good, it was a easy set up, my router, printer, monitor all were recognized and added quickly. No problems at all, running smooth and quiet.

Perfect replacement for a 12 year old HP desktop that is still working fine but needed an upgrade. Best Buy adjusted the price 2X when I noticed it lower and requested the adjustment. Wireless keyboard/mouse is better than expected - very solid.

I was running HP Desktop P7-1254 from 9+ years ago, I just turned my new HP Omni on, installed a few apps I use (mainly Home Office). Runs Super Quick. I plugged a Seagate 16 TB USB drive to backup all my personal Data. I'm very pleased with these products from Best Buy. I'm a loyal customer that will always shop at Best Buy. Love you guys.

I am very happy with this computer. It is quick and has met my expectations in the three plus weeks I have been using it. I do wish it had a built in DVD/CD drive. But I knew that when I purchased it. I do have a portable drive that is a little slow, but it should work if needed. The price was good enough to overlook the lack of a drive.

Great computer and very fast for my needs. That said, I've got to boot it up twice every time in the morning. The first time the desktop icons are all over the screen. After I reboot it they're back where they should be. Also, when I start the computer the first time the keyboard doesn't work. I own 3 of these and I don't know if it's the software or the computer.

I purchased this desktop because my 10+ year old HP Pavilion could not be upgraded to Windows 11. So far, I really like this computer, and particularly appreciate the number of USB ports. My old computer had 2 USB ports on the front, both of which were at the bottom of the desktop. My new one has 6 USB ports on the front, all of which are easily accessible. My major problem at the moment is getting used to Windows 11, as well as having lost some saved emails. I'm still not sure about that. I like the wireless keyboard, but don't like the bundled mouse. The on/off button is difficult to use, so for the moment it is always on. This, of course, will wear down the 2 batteries.

These computers are super fast and of great quality. I'm really happy with the purchase, and we use them for office tasks as well as a bit of design work.

Hp OmniDesk Desktop is truly Awesome and uploads Super fast and runs super quiet and it looks amazing its truly a wonderful computer

I immediately noticed cleaner crisper graphics. Setup was easy. Response to command time was significantly reduced. This PC is much quieter than my old Pavillion - silent, in fact. Much better than average, and it's an excellent bang for the buck!

Great PC! Fast, lots of storage all at a reasonable price. Easy to setup, too bad Windows has to have so much control!! I finally figured out how to disable one-drive, but edge and bing are still getting in the way!!

Good computer for working on basic programs not built for rendering or anything like that put is a solid basic computer

The set up instructions are vague and horrible. It took me 1 1/2 weeks to figure how to get my printer and earphones to work with it. My last HP only lasted for 2 years, and the model I bought to replace it never worked either so I had to take it back (a different Best Buy store) and got this one which has a different company's internal drive. So far, so good.

Best computer. Fast and love using it. Very functional.

Slim really good tower great for me because I have a lot of things that needs to work fast due to me being in nursing school

My new HP is working great. Thanks to the helpful Geek Squad in Plover who did the data transfer and initial set up of the computer, I had no trouble finishing the set up at home. The sales staff at the Plover store were also great, and very helpful when we were making our purchase decision. Great job Plover Best Buy!
