The HP computer itself is very good and good value. The in-store Geek Squad transfer of files, programs, outlook folders and address book from old computer to new one was very BAD. Had to pay local computer service businrss $100.00 to get the transfer done right, including Outlook files, address book and personal folders.

HP OmniDesk performing as expected.....great improvement in speed over my old desktop.

Got this as a gift to allow my mother to use her new 3d printer when her current PC wasn't up to the task. Works great for everything she beeds it for!

had to upgrade my old computer and this one was a great price. so much faster than me old on. The guys at BestBuy geek squad did a great job transferring everything over from my old one. the new one is so much faster than my old one. Very happy with this one.

This machine is rock solid, best pound for pound price you can get right now. 16gb, although not enough for everything is plenty fast for what this computer's capable of. Can add a small g p u like a 3050 or upgrade the power supply (hp proprietary) and put a 5060 (dual fan model only) and have a sweet gaming machine on a budget.

This was exactly what I needed. It makes using the computer much easier.

Fast processer, lots of storage. Easy computer to use.

Great computer and very fast for my needs. That said, I've got to boot it up twice every time in the morning. The first time the desktop icons are all over the screen. After I reboot it they're back where they should be. Also, when I start the computer the first time the keyboard doesn't work. I own 3 of these and I don't know if it's the software or the computer.

I bought this PC for my business. I needed something simple yet powerful enough to handle the workload. She does not disappoint! Shes bluetooth capable but does require external speakers(which you can get for a decent price that wont break your pockets). She doesn’t take up a lot of space making your work area less conjested. I highly recommend this PC 10/10
