I am 66 years old and retired. I am not a "Gamer", but I am somewhat computer savvy. I needed a new computer, but nothing too crazy, and nothing too expensive. My daily needs are basic as is my budget! To date, this computer has met all of my expectations (CPU, memory, storage, sufficient GPU).

very nice and fast computer easy setup and the design is good

After having the original version for 10 years (that has begun to take a downward spiral and that will not be supported as of October 2025) this purchase is a breath of fresh air. NEW, Faster and exactly what I need for a home business. I would recommend this PC to anyone, especially those with a home business.

It's been 3 weeks and so far, I am having a good experience. It was very simple to set up and install software. It's lightning fast and has handled applications and sites I have used so far.

Wonderful Desktop tower-purchased to replace my opld and slow 2019 vintage Dell machine-This new device is lightening FAST and the sales tech and the Geek Squad service for data transfer made this a very smart buy.

I immediately noticed cleaner crisper graphics. Setup was easy. Response to command time was significantly reduced. This PC is much quieter than my old Pavillion - silent, in fact. Much better than average, and it's an excellent bang for the buck!

Small size makes it easily a table top and the look matches the office décor

purchased a new computer. Best Buy sales staff was very friendly and helpful and also arranged with geek squad to come and set up new system and transfer information from old system. This was done at the appointed time and am very pleased with the computer and the service provided.

So much faster than my windows 10/11 machine. Never realized it. But it’s actually a windows 7 machine. I’ve had it all these years

We have had hp devices for many years. This new desktop tower does not disappoint. Purchase was completed smoothly and running Windows 11 without any issues.

It is a very good computer. just the right size. Performs great!

It has worked well. I have only used it a month. It take a while to overcome HP trying to be in control is my only problem. (This is the reason for 4 stars & not 5!) You set it for your personal preference, then HP updates and puts their "stuff" back. I need more memory which is an easy problem to add.

My old office computer gave out. we did research and found this system. Got to say I am very pleased. Looks great and performs very well.

Great value. Did add RAM to 32GB. So quiet and smooth. Easy to setup and lightning fast

Although I haven't been able to spend a lot of time on this new computer, it seems to be doing a,great job with applications I use. I'm still learning what is on this computer and hope I find time to explore it more.
