The new desktop computer is working well. It has been an easy transfer from the old to the new. All is well. Many thanks to the sales associates who so carefully explained the options when I needed to purchase a new computer. All is well.

Hp - Omni Desk Desktop

HP tower, install & setup

Good Purchase Experience thanks to Tim Jack

Tim Jack was extremely helpful in selecting the best unit and monitor. The Geek Squad transferred all data. The whole unit is now set up and working well.

Best Buy sales staff was very friendly and helpful and also arranged with geek squad to come and set up new system and transfer information from old system. This was done at the appointed time and am very pleased with the computer and the service provided.
