    HP uses too much proprietary parts leaving the machine without any way to upgrade. It works well for my wife. I was going to upgrade the graphics with a discrete card but there we no available power leads from the hp power supply

    This computer is much faster than the one it replaced. I have not had any problems with it. It also takes up less space and works smoothly with my HP monitor that I also purchased from Best Buy.

    The HP Omni desktop is fast and easy to use. My old HP computer was 15 years old so the HP Omni is very different. Setup was a breeze and I really like the computer so I highly recommend it.

    My desktop died so I took it to the Geek Squad and they confirmed I needed a new one.. So I picked it out and took it over to the guys and before the day was out I had my new computer with all my files. One thing they could have done was to notice that my old computer used an old hook up for my monitor so I needed a new monitor.

    My previous desktop could not accept Windows 11. I went to Best Buy to replace it with a newer machine. The Geek Squad helped me with the upgrade. Now I have to get the new printer going and will call on them again. Will return to Best Buy for other appliances when the time comes,
