    I love the computer. It’s similar to my old one that was not compatible with Windows 11 I got sufficient support from the technicians at Best Buy. I hate Windows 11. Microsoft just moved a few things around from Windows 10.

    I bought this computer 3 weeks ago. So far, I am impressed by the performance. Although I am disappointed that HP did not include an internal speaker in there Omni Desk.

    This computer is very fast and operates in an excellent manner. It’s easy to use and all devices connected with no issues. The Gerk squad support did an amazing job transferring and setting it up.

    So far so good. Having a few problems dealing with Windows 11 treatment of Outlook. Many hours have been spent trying to solve PST file transfer.

    It has worked well. I have only used it a month. It take a while to overcome HP trying to be in control is my only problem. (This is the reason for 4 stars & not 5!) You set it for your personal preference, then HP updates and puts their "stuff" back. I need more memory which is an easy problem to add.

    The HP computer itself is very good and good value. The in-store Geek Squad transfer of files, programs, outlook folders and address book from old computer to new one was very BAD. Had to pay local computer service businrss $100.00 to get the transfer done right, including Outlook files, address book and personal folders.
