    Mouse did not work Best Buy would not replace it. Never used it out of the box it did not work. Manager said I have to call HP. BAD business practice.

    The new Desktop is great. My only issue is that it didn't come with any connection cords. I had to research which cords would work with my monitor.

    Everyone at BB was very helpful. The only complaint I have is I still do not have My Computer up and running..3-4 weeks is to long.

    Very solid PC if you get it on sale. Has a Micro 2500 SSD which is surprisingly good even compared to some higher end models like the WD SN7100. The case is nice, though the wood front is stupid.
