This HP desktop was a replacement for an older HP. So glad to have the extra memory and 1TB as I have a multitude of photos to save and transfer. Happy this was also on sale!

We were looking for a computer to replace our old desktop. After a lot of research, we picked this one and have been happy.

great desktop for the money. wish it had an additional me2 option to add another ssd drive or space to just add an ssd sata drive area to mount one. but over all a great pc for the money

Good specs and value. Does not have built in dvd or card readers making for a cluttered installation. Very few instructions. Difficult for new to computer users.

We needed to upgrade old computer and also move from obsolete Windows 10 to Windows 11, so this is what we needed!

not sure what you want here, Geek Squad messed up my other computer online so I had to purchase a new desktop computer. There are no specialized persons in the store to help you so you know what you are buying and if it is the one I need. I have purchased everything from you for 30 years. Now I would not recommend your business to anyone. The service was terrible. No one knows what they are doing

Great system for my son. He is enjoying it immensely, The dedicated Graphics card with 4 video outputs was a game changer as he has 3 monitors.

I bought this for my husband, and he was very pleased with how it runs his games. Set up was a breeze, and it looks beautiful. A great option for those who are too imidated with building their own PCs.

This computer has a smaller footprint than others. Lighter in weight. Very good performance. Still setting it up.

Good PC, did not check before that it only has one SSD slot. That's why it's not a 5-star

Only wi=fi connections. Keyboard cannot be connected meaning endless battery changes. Nothing new in the programs, just more complicated to use. Don't be tricked by Best Buy. They promise a 10% discount on the first purchase but this is not the computer. I'll never go back.
