Not a good buy due to the slow speed and issues with installation. I returned it two days after purchase. But the return was not a task aside from one cashier acting as if it were her personal property she created.

Easy setup. Love all new features. Ideal for personal needs.

1 month after purchase, sound still doesn't work on emails and others. Repeted calls and contacts for help have failed. Very disappointing. Othetwise it works vety well.

Convent, and easy, comfortable always like using towers.

It's decent for basic task but it slows down often and freezes when loading "big files". My old dell was much faster even though it was a dinosaur

Lemon. Had into geek squad 4 months after purchase and again 6 months later to find out HP couldn't or wouldn't repair it. When it did work it was very fast, hence the 2 stars.

Good price. Did not meet my needs, returned. Picture quality not best. Tried two monitors.

I was very unhappy with this product. When I get it home and tried to set it up and assemble it there were parts missing. And wasn't able to put it together wires and jacks were missing from the box had to take it back

Runs very slowly, freezes up, sticks too much. Not for those who like a fast, smooth experience.

I had to order this tower. The salesperson was fine. He said the tower would be delivered on Saturday. I ordered it on Thursday. Friday I get email there was a delay it might be there Sunday or Monday and tower was not picked up. the date could change. Than they said it wouldn't be delivered for two weeks. I couldn't wait so i went to office depot and bought one in stock. I contacted customer service to cancel order they were no help. they said they couldn't cancel once it shipped even though the tower wasn't picked up at that point. I was very disappointed with them. The tower did arrive on Tuesday and I returned it. I don't think I will ever order anything from them.

your customer service was so bad, I have to think twice before I buy anything at BestBuy again , the one who was talking to me was so rude and unprofessional , I have a trade in ,he was asking me all nonsense questions ,like why I am buying the core I3 when I have the core I5 , and he was giving me his wise advice and talking trash because I put a wrong model for the trade in, then I decide to cancel and return the purchase and not to come back again , not only that I will make sure all my friends to know about my bad experience with your store customer service.
