    The computer has been great it was the "open box" experiece that was horrible....before they put it on the shelf they should have tested it to make sure it wasn't in demo mode and I had to bring it back to have them fix it

    in sleep mode trying to butte up the next day--sometimes take 5 minutes to butte up...also, trying to check e-mails you get hundreds of ads--very annoying...also, computer sometimes freezes up for 10 minutes...

    How would I know? Keyboard was dead out of the box. Changed the batteries 3 times. Finally decided to return the little beast after a few days.

    The drivers were turned off for sound and sometimes when it’s not used for a bit I have to unplug the unit to get it to turn on

    Returned for repair the day after I hooked it up. That was 18 days ago and I don’t have it back yet. Geek Squad in Flowood won’t answer their phone, so I’m having to depend on what they show online. Worst customer I’ve ever dealt with.
