The problem was that after having all my data transferred from my old HP All-in-one to this new one, and going to pick it up at the store, we found that the pedestal was defective. Since that had to be returned to HP, I had to wait 2 more days for Best Buy to transfer my data to another new one. It is more compact than my last HP All-in-one and not as heavy. I am still trying to decipher and remove some of the added things that I do not want or use.

First impression: My first impression of the HP AIO 24 C0054 is that it is a very well made AIO computer. The body is made of 40% post-consumer recycled plastics. The plastics feel solid and sturdy. The stand is very sturdy, and the computer has no feel of being easy to knock over. All the ports are on the back of the monitor, which is not unusual for an AIO. The packaging of this computer is outstanding. All the parts are placed in formed, strongly corrugated cardboard, and are safely stacked on top of each other. The outer box is also very strong cardboard. HP made sure the computer was safe in shipping. What’s in the Box: • HP AIO 24 computer • Adjustable Stand and Base • Bundled Keyboard and Mouse • Basic Setup Documentation Technical Specifications: • CPU: AMD Ryzen™ 5 40 4 MB L3 cache, 4 cores, 8 threads • RAM: 16 GB LPDDR5x-5500 MT/s RAM • Storage: 1 TB PCIe® NVMe™ M.2 SSD • Graphics: AMD Radeon™ 610M Graphics • Webcam: HP 1080p FHD IR camera with HDR auto switch • Keyboard: HP 275C USB Denim Blue Wireless Keyboard & Mouse Combo • Ports: 1xHDMI, 2xUSB Type-C® 10Gbps, 1xUSB Type-A 10Gbps, 1 xRJ45 • Power Supply: 90 W Smart AC power adapter • Color: Denim blue • Size: 21.27 × 7.28 × 17.59 in • Weight: 11.13 lbs Pros • Stand is solid & has a wide range of ergonomic adjustments. • Space saving design. • Easy Plug-and-play setup. • Great for normal computing tasks. Cons • Limited upgrades. • Limited for heavy tasks. • Port Access. Setup: Setup of the computer is easy. You attach the arm to the computer and the base to the arm. You plug in the USB transceiver in the computer, add batteries to the keyboard/mouse, and that’s it. Windows 11 setup is a typical setup. Power it up, answer the few questions, put it on Wi-Fi or plug it in, and then it starts doing Windows updates. Performance: This computer is a nice, general-purpose computer that can easily fit in many areas that a regular computer won’t. Its performance is better than many AIOs, even though it isn’t intended for any high-performance work or intensive gaming. The startup and shutdown times are very respectable, and apps load quickly when first opened thanks to the NVMe storage drive. The display is bright and sharp with a better than average viewing area. It is a touchscreen display as well, which means you could get rid of the keyboard and mouse to fit it in even smaller areas. When using Word, the text is crisp and sharp, and with video teleconferencing, the video is sharp and very smooth, the same with video streaming. The audio is surprisingly good for being fitted inside of such a thin case. It doesn’t have earth shattering bass, but it is low without being muddy, and the mids are good with crisp highs. The included USB wireless keyboard & mouse are decent for included hardware. The mouse is plenty good for any non-gaming use, and the keyboard has good response and is easy for me, a 2-finger typist. Conclusion: I really like this computer. It’s a general-purpose All-in-One computer, but it is much more than general purpose. The AMD Ryzen CPU is fast, it has 16 GB of RAM which is good for a general-purpose computer, and the storage is 1TB, a lot more storage space than a typical AIO computer. The touchscreen display is bright and clear. If you are looking for a good general-purpose AIO computer, the HP OmniStudio 24 All-in-One computer should be at the top of your list. I highly recommend this computer.

Good Performance; Good Looking Matching Components

This HP OmniStudio is a very nice mid-range performance everyday computer. The absence of the traditional PC box is a big plus. Everything is now contained in the monitor. With its matching wireless keyboard and mouse, it has a clean, compact aesthetic suitable for a smaller desk or workspace. The blue color is a nice change from boring black. Also, it's very quiet, there's no fan, therefore no fan noise. The 23.8 1920 x 1080 FHD IPS panel touchscreen is anti-glare and has excellent color and brightness. It has dual stereo speakers also contained in the monitor that are adequate but the DTS:X sound is better with a decent set of headphones. Also included is a 1080p built-in camera and built-in mic. The camera has a manual slide shutter for privacy. This computer comes with Windows 11 Home that requires a bunch of updates on initial set up. That seems to be the trend lately not just for Windows but also for the manufacturers. It has prompted for at least three separate updates since initial setup. Those updates should always be installed to make sure you're getting the full functionality intended. This computer is equipped with quality mid-range components - AMD Ryzen 5 4000 series CPU, AMD Radeon integrated graphics, 16GB LPDDR5X memory and 1TB SSD storage. Besides the typical Windows apps HP has an app that I really like. It's HP TV+. It's a streaming app that has entertainment, news, sports, and movie channels. If you buy this computer, check it out. The keyboard and mouse communicate wirelessly via USB transmitter that's included. Also included are 4 AAA batteries, 2 each for powering the mouse and keyboard. Both have On/Off buttons. The monitor height is adjustable, and it also swivels easily on its base. The keyboard is a somewhat compact ten-key, meaning it has a number pad. The unit has adequate ports with 2 USB-C 3.1, 1 USB-A 3.1, 2 USB-A 2.0, 1 HDMI 2.0, and 1 ethernet and headphone port. The power cord plugs into the back of the monitor and the power button for the computer is on the back right hand side of the monitor. In short this is a good-looking, well-equipped computer for home, school, and entertainment that is competitively priced.

    Great all-in-one PC

The HP OmniStudio 23.8” all-in-one PC is a fantastic PC that has many standout features. It comes with the 4-core AMD Ryzen 5 40 processor, 16GB LPDDR5X memory at 5500MHz, 1TB PCIe SSD, and integrated AMD Radeon graphics. As an all-in-one PC, all the components are built into the screen which means there is no separate case that you will have to find room for on or under your desk. This saves a lot of space and makes the system much more versatile when it comes to using it in areas with limited space. Speaking of the screen, it is actually a touchscreen which is a nice added feature. One of the other things I really like about this particular system is the adjustable stand which makes it easy to get it set to just the right position for me and my use case. When it comes to performance, this HP OmniStudio PC works very well despite not having many of the higher-end components that are on the market today. Including such high-end components would have significantly increased the overall price of the system and I feel like as it is, it hits the sweet spot between providing quality components at a decent price. It easily handles all my everyday computing needs which often includes having multiple windows and programs open and running at the same time. It does this all while remaining pretty much noise-free due to its fanless design. Some of the other notable features are the built-in dual speakers, both Wi-Fi 7 and wired ethernet connectivity options, and 1080p webcam. Overall, the HP OmniStudio 23.8” all-in-one PC is great and I highly recommend it!

I was recently looking for a new computer for my work station in an automotive shop. Previously i was using a laptop with a second monitor connected to it. However space on the top of my toolbox is somewhat limited. So an all in one desktop seemed like a very good option, to get a large monitor and maintain the little bit of space I currently have available. It came with included wireless keyboard and mouse. Setup was super easy with windows and being able to download all of my previous settings from my old computer. This computer is performing perfectly for everyday office operations. Searching the web, sending emails and such. Im not sure i would use it for gaming or video editing, as the display quality isnt anything crazy. And so far that is the only complaint i really have. It has all the connections that are typically needed including an HDMI and multiple usb-A and usb-c ports. So far the AMD processor hasnt let me down and is working well. If youre looking for a computer to do computer things, or need to fill a new office with computers this very well could be a great option.

All in one systems bring simplicity and space saving design in a right size package. This system has the capability to be an everyday workhorse. With a powerful Ryzen 5 processor, 16GB of memory, and a 1TB SSD drive it is equipped for today and tomorrow’s needs. In my case, this is the perfect system for my parents, an upgrade from a 10yr. old HP all in one. With that history, it was an easy purchase. With a 24-inch touch screen monitor, it’s a nice size to fit on a counter or desk without taking up too much space. The installation went smoothly. Following the instructions, it was up and running in under 30 minutes. It supports the latest wi-fi protocols and the network speed is blazing fast. The display is easy on the eyes, and is antiglare. The webcam and microphone are picture perfect for the zoom family meetings. My one hesitation when buying an all-in-one system, is the limited upgrade options. With this system, it’s well optioned having memory and storage capacity that will outlast many other systems. Whether it’s for used for the kids’ room, kitchen, or small office, it’s a good fit for anywhere.
