    this was a much needed upgrade. we had a windows 7 and it was time for a new one. this computer is beautiful! it was easy to put together and set up. i hooked up my printer but i might get a new one. the 27" screen is big bright and beautiful. they delivered it fast. i'm very satisfied.

    Computer had to be brought in because after just 2 weeks, it shut down while being operated. Then, after being considered fixed, it had to be returned two weeks later because it shut down again. We exchanged it for another because we had no faith in this computer ever being fixed.
