I love my all in one Hp computer , bought it for a good price and I’m enjoying it.

I like the new and updated computer...Geek squad offers great options for your computer but was a little disappointed by the technical language they use and the rushed presentation they offer. Staff is professional but need to present thier services in language we understand and take time with customers. Overall i would come back to Best Buy and use thier services again.

I had a lot of issues with this computer, it was problematic with transferring my documents over from my old computer, I'm not sure what the issue is, but I have already purchased a new computer and am returning this one. This is also not a touch screen as I was led to believe.

This was an easy setup. The whole process took 30 minutes from setting up the equipment to downloading apps and files.

Like HP All-InOne computer. Had one in past and replaced it with new one. Was good computer as lasted and was still working but processor would not upgrade to windows 11.

Bought and returned I wanted to love it but this model has some issues. The stand does not line up with the front of the monitor its off by like 15 degrees. Also high memory usage in the mid 70s % just from running youtube and a few chrome tabs. Also CPU Temp was hitting 90-92 degrees. My old I5 laptop in comparison is around 50% memory and CPU Temps in the 40s same tasks. Called HP support on the stand issue and HP told me its the design....(No it was poor quality control on milling the hole for the stand mount) Not sure if I got a bad one as far as CPU temp maybe a thermal paste issue. Video quality was decent and sound quality of built in speakers better than expected. But sound card if using external speakers distorts unless taking off built in processing option in menu. Overall a good attempt by HP that fell short both in exectution and service level. Best Buy was great and took it back no questions asked.

Excellent color. Two weeks after we purchased our computer, there was a sale on the same computer for $300.00 less and Best Buy very nicely honored the sale price and we were credited back the discount sale price.

Its runs great. Nice. Smooth runs great. Light weight
