Disappointed with product. Has no indication of caps lock on/off. Makes it difficult when there is no ability to view passwords. Keyboard chews up batteries. Have had to replace almost every two weeks.

After I got the computer home it was discovered it wasn’t a touch screen the adjustable handle didn’t work after being connected then reconnected several times… only great functionality was the cordless keyboard and mouse

My desktop froze after 1-2minutes with Fan issue warning and causing havoc. Purchased at Bestbuy on Sept 24, 2025. Less than 3 months and already major issues and have to send to geeksquad to be checked. Hope no damage to my programs. My previous all in one HP desktop was excellent but unable to upgrade to windows 11 thats the reason I replaced.

This is a replacement for an older desk top. Tod was so helpful. Then I had Geek Squad set it up including instal of a few extras that I purchased. Christopher was so professional and made sure I was comfortable before he left.
I love the Orange store. THEY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. BUT AGAIN.

My old HP all-in-one served me well but I was ready to move up, and this was the natural choice. There's a clear improvement in performance, and I like the little bit of extra room on the larger display. I'm still setting up preferences and moving files, but I'm very pleased with this upgrade.
