Bought a new all-in-one computer with a new, larger screen. I like it but had a bit of a learning curve. Home visit by Best Buy Techs did not go well. Ended up at the store for better service.

I like the size of this computer easy to use for senior.

The All in One works great-- I am only hoping that Microsoft corrects the glitch when turning the computer on. You have to restart it in order for the keyboard to work.

Beautiful screen works great had Geek squad set it up and transfer data ran into a few problems with the install but they were able to work it out

I needed to upgrade my computer, and I am glad I chose this one. So far, so good and no problems. The setup was fast and easy. If you are a gamer, you should buy another mouse and keyboard. The mouse is not as comfortable as high-grade ones.

Big improvement over my old PC. Geek Squad made transition easy by loading new software, transferring personal data, and taking the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the upgrades.

Mouse and keyboard inoperable out of box. Tried on other computers and with fresh batteries but they don’t work. Ended up buying better ones. Otherwise the computer is fine for what I need at home. Good graphics but I wish it had a touch screen. I’m on the fence about recommending this item.

Replaces an older AIO and this one runs circles around my old one. Even with a non glare screen, the color and brightness is great!
