Bust Buy has all the up to date gadgets and a knowledgeable sales team but the Geek squad isn’t worth purchasing the extended warranty from. I’ve been trying for three days to resolve a problem and I still haven’t gotten a resolution even though they claim the problem has been resolved.

This item is faulty at best the design although is very elegant, the clip that connect the monitor to the stand is very weak and faulty. In saying that, Best Buy and HP have the worse customer service representatives. I was told that the two week return policy was passed so NB had nothing more to do with me, wouldn’t even look at the product without charging me and additional 70% more of the total cost of the product. So, I don’t know how the item work because I wasn’t able to use it after paying 2k dollars for a faulty clip. My review is that the BB return policy is what it is but that doesn’t make it right. It feels like they don’t care about the little people once the initial monies are obtained. I will never buy another item from them and will take to public media and view my experience with both BB and HP.

I purchased this PC in Aug 2025. Last week the screen went out. Luckily it is still under HP's 1 year warranty. However, shipping it to HP's repair center in TX has been a pain. They sent the box that I'm supposed to ship the PC in to the wrong address. I've had to call 3 times regarding getting a box sent to the correct address. I will never buy another All in One PC again.

I am writing to file a complaint regarding my recent order, which, according to your records, was marked as delivered by FedEx. However, the package was not delivered to my address, as there was no one home at the time of the supposed delivery. I kindly request that you cross-check with FedEx regarding the actual delivery status of my order, as I have not received the package.

when i ordered this computer i was told i should have it by 8/28/25. that was cool i was looking forward to getting it. here is 9/8/25 im still using my old desktop. you should stand by what it says when you order a item

I spent several hours reviewing my options in getting a new computer to replace an eight year old computer I had also bought from Best Buy. The more I reviewed my choices the more I am convinced I bought the right computer, which I hope to pick up today
