Nice product
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, it is a nice system. Startup time is excellent with the Solid State Hard Drive. The backlit keyboard is very handy and increases the "coolness" factor in this great machine. The video appears to be crisp and very well lit with the NVIDIA Video Card. The computer is very light and carries easily.

Great budget gaming pc
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Solid gaming laptop. I was a little worried about the hinge on the screen, but it seems to be holding up just fine after a few months use. I placed a 2.5” ssd in the open spot because it doesn’t have much storage space, and I’m going to put another 8gb of ram in the open slot so it will be a good computer for a few years to come

Great Entry Level Gaming Laptop
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent Computer, works great for my gaming needs which consists of Dead by Daylight, Tomb Raider and Bioshock. Runs very smooth, will upgrade the memory to future proof the laptop. The computer is surprisingly much lighter than I thought which is great.

Outstanding value on BF
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Outstanding value if you snagged it on BF for 450. The screen isn’t the best, but at that price point, you get an excellent processor, good mid-range mobile graphics, and an NVMe drive with open slots for a 2.5” SSD and a second RAM stick. Checks all the boxes without going overboard and you can’t beat that price point.

Mid tier price, performs high
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just what I was looking for. Just needed a laptop to do a couple of online courses. This is perfect for that. Casing is very sturdy. Keyboard is nice both functionality wise and cosmetic wise with the Green lights. Very pleased with the performance overall.

Not bad at all
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a good entry level gaming laptop. Ryzen 5 3rd gen chip with 6 cores and 12 threads is actually really good for this price. Nvidia 1650 is kind of a meh graphics card, but I havent seen many laptops at this price point with a dedicated graphics card, so I will call it a win. The LED panel is just that, only an LED, so the viewing angles aren't very good. I got it on sale for 599.00 and for that price it's a really good deal.

Good laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Upgraded from a 2009 laptop and this is way faster for sure! Excited to be able to multi-task different programs at once and not be slow. Worth the money at the sale price.

Best budget laptop, perfect for school!
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I ordered this laptop back in November, upgraded the RAM and added an extra SSD and it's been so worth it. The only downside to this laptop is the screen and the out of the box color settings. Fixed the color issue with a small tweak to its settings but easily worth the 400 dollar price tag at the time!

Excellent value except the screen resolution
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop on the Black Friday sale for $450 and it's a little powerhouse. Yesterday I upgraded the ram to 16gb and added a 2.5" 860 Evo 1TB SSD drive in the second HD slot. The build is a little on the cheaper side but it's perfect for my needs. 95% of the time I use it with an external monitor and keyboard/mouse. The weakest link is the screen resolution but I'm told that there are some tweaks in Windows 10 that can help with this. On an external monitor it looks great The AMD Ryzen 5 screams. The load times of programs like photoshop is much quicker and video rendering is much quicker than my 5 year old Dell Inspiron which is no slouch but getting dated. Like I said before I don't use it as a stand alone laptop so I haven't used the keyboard and buttons very much so my experience with that is limited.

Great entry budget laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly great budget laptop. Got it black Friday. Screen is adequate but nothing special, however, there is a custom icc file online that improves its quality. The cpu and gpu are everything id expect for the type of hardware. Cpu is ryzen and impressive, gpu is a 1650 and adequate for most 1080 low-high settings on most recent titles. I couldn't be happier

Great for sims 4
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My parents bought this laptop for me for Christmas. I opened it early this past weekend. This laptop for the price..wow! This is my first gaming laptop and it was bought specifically to play sims 4 and its expansions. It does just that and runs fast. I do wish the SSD drive had more space than only 256GB. I’ve had HP in the past and haven’t been disappointed.

Pretty good laptop
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This Laptop is awesome. Don't forget you can add storage and memory to it! You aren't just forced to rely on external storage, which is something I didn't expect in a laptop. For gaming, it isn't top tier, but it is definitely good for standard graphic lvl and running a few things at a time.

Decent laptop.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was trying to find a laptop to last 5 to 7 years for the family. This model came with the new ryzen 4000 and decent vid card but memory and drive space was too low. After looking at other models found these HP are easily upgraded, so overall the best deal $450 then added 32 Mb ram and 1 TB ssd. The down side is screen isn't the best. Get these on sale.

Great budget laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this laptop for 499$ on a Black Friday deal and totally glad that I swooped it. Great bang for your buck! You can even add an additional 8 gb of RAM and there’s a video on YouTube to show you how to do it. I mostly use this to play video games and the screen and gameplay quality is awesome!

Great beginner gaming laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this for my Son for Christmas. So far he loves this gaming laptop. The graphics are good and he likes the back lit keyboard. I just wish it came with a bigger hard-drive but for the price I got for this laptop I'm not complaining at all. Great purchase for a beginner gaming laptop.

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pro: Great sound speakers. Bright and clear picture resolution. Slim design and not bulky. So far, do not have problems playing light gaming. Con: Battery life is poor compare with other computer brands. Can get 4-6 hours of charge even when not playing game. Overall: For less then $500, this is a GREAT computer. Get it IF you can.
