Great experience with the geek squad!

He was very helpful and gave us a lot of options we had available to us to get it fixed/ diagnosed. In the end he ended up staying an hour past closing time to get the computer exchanged and up and running. My son was a VERY happy little gamer!

Overall I’m super happy with the value and quality. I can play my favorite games and do my homework all on one laptop. Amazing battery life and charges fast. I’ve never had this brand and I’m overall happy with their product. A great gaming laptop for under $1000!
