I work from home and this computer does the job!!!

So far so good. Very happy with my choice. GREAT !

The performance is decent, but not quite as fast as I was expecting from an i7 but still acceptable. The real issue with the computer is the WiFi interface which stops working about 2 or 3 times month. I have to reboot the computer to reconnect to wifi. The computer's O/S crashes about 2 or 3 times a month. I've never had these annoying problems with any pc before, I do not recommend this computer.

This laptop is decent for web browsing and doing homework but it's kind of bulky so I found myself not wanting to use it when going to school.

This laptop looks sleek and cool, but left a sour taste in my mouth as it was slow right out the gate. Likely there was too many programs loading up on start.

HP doesn't always make sense learning that part is a bit difficult. Having a hard time seeing pictures from my old laptop and getting album info on my CDs.

I have used my HP laptop for a little while. It works great and easy to maneuver through different apps. I would recommend HP product any time for any use you may have.

System was slow and would often freeze. Did a geek squad remote within 3 days of purchase, also froze on agent, had somewhat better result for a few days. We took it in to our local BB GS. They kept it for 2 days and said OS corrupt / bad hardware, all was resolved. But, we continued to have the issue, Tried to return it 5 days later. BB GS desk did not even check us in,but, looked it over briefly, said it must be our wireless. We told him we had no issues w/ our other laptop and 2 tablets in the home. After a heated discussion, we got a BB store credit, since it was 16 days after purchase. They do not recognize the time it was in for setup nor repair. We have purchased every appliance and all electronics from BB. Not very happy with the handling of this purchase. Lemon or not ?

This is a good product at a good price. I use this laptop for basic needs, I wouldn't recommend it for gaming or other heavy usage.

The combination of Windows 8 and the clumsiness of the touch pad make this laptop a nightmare to use. Touch the pad in the wrong place and you immediately have a different screen. Then you have to go back and search for the program you were working with. If I had not already passed the time to return it, I would. As to the internal operation, it is fair. I haven't had time to really put it to the test.

An i7 for the price of an i5 haven't had it long but like it so far

Works well and is used primarily for homework and minimal games.

Handles everyday laptop usage reliably. Like using it and handy to have the optical drive built in still.

This computer worked well while it worked. Unfortunately, after 5 weeks it started malfunctioning and I had to send it to HP for warranty service. It will be 4 weeks until I get it back, which is very inconvenient considering I use it for work. Additionally, considering how new it was, I would rather have a new replacement rather than my refurbished laptop now.

got the i7, I guess its faster, haven't really noticed. but seams like my pictures aren't as clear :(

It's great for college student with cheap price and easy to use

I am having internet explorer errors and issues with AOL. As a new computer I am quite disappointed. Is acting like my 4-yr. old computer. Also disappointed it did not come with Microsoft Office ... was not even offered it at purchase. thank goodness I have the discs...

I do not like HP, but This laptop is a good deal, just lacked a little RAM thanks
