Works great and is super easy to use. My daughter loves it and so do I. Defiantly recommend.

Overall this laptop is pretty decent. I'm not a huge fan of the track pad. It makes it very difficult to right click and scroll sometimes. It also comes with a lot of preload garbage but I'm guessing you already know that. Hardware is pretty good though. No complaints there.

This would have been a really nice laptop, but they really put a cheap trackpad in here. Left-clicking produced a loud cracking-type sound, and right-clicking was no joy either. To be honest, the beats audio was a let down - not nearly as good as the harman kardon speakers in my last Toshiba. Took it back for a different HP model with a higher quality touchpad.

This was purchased for the boyfriends mom who is not too tech savvy but it s a great laptop for her. its not complicated at all and she loves it.

Good value for the money. Would recommend to friends and family.

Pretty good laptop that's lasted me a while without any major problems. My only critique is the battery life not lasting that long. On the other hand, customizing for upgrade is quick and easy.

I bought this laptop as an open box item, and by seeing core i7 with 6gb RAM expecting a normal behavior for Windows 8.1 OS which can be upgraded to upcoming Windows 10. There are lot of unwanted software were pre-installed which eats out some of the performance of the machine and also the wireless network adapter keeps on shut off which is breaking the internet connectivity and the ongoing voice or video chat is disconnected frequently. I am not sure whether this is an issue with network adapter or the unwantedd pre-installed software. I am returning this product tomorrow.

I have purchased HP Pavillions for years. This is probably my 6th HP laptop. This computer has been comparatively slower and freezes frequently. There have been memory issues as well as some overheating issues. It is only 5 months old, so it's clear this laptop has some inherent issues.

Purchased 6-21-15 at Muskegon Best Buy. It has not and will not apply any updates. It tries automatic updates nearly every other time i shut down or restart. Upon restart it give a message of "We couldn't complete updates, uninstalling changes Don't turn off your computer" (3 hours every time) Customer service rust runs diskscan or something like that and 3 hours later same results. On the third customer service try it was decided that something is wrong with register and send to HP. uggg Its less than 15 days, sooooo Hey, Best Buy, here it comes Going to buy another Toshiba Satellite

There is very little love from HP on this one. A video graphics card would have been nice. My laptop started powering off, hard, out of the blue. It was completely off, like there was a short or something. With geek squad protection I am out of a laptop for 2-3 weeks. For $600 I want something that at least remains booted. Bla, bla, bla, "We must reproduce the problem." What do you want a youtube video?

This laptop jammed up multiple times and couldn't even run 2 spreadsheets at once. Very low quality laptop. Internet stopped working multiple times - could not even run safari without jamming up. Very very disappointed in this product. Would not buy this. Piece of garbage.
