Windows 8 in general SUCKS. Now that that is out of the way, the computer itself is pretty awesome. for the price, I could not ask for better. I may upgrade the graphics card later and maybe the ram, but again considering the price, the graphics card is great and there is more than enough ram for what i need at the moment.

Great basic laptop - I don't game at all. Light, a comfortable keyboard (includes 9-key number pad) and a responsive touch-pad that isn't too sensitive to wrist-pressure. If you can afford it, consider the version with the back-lighted keyboard and the touchscreen. Windows 8 is sometimes awkward with the mouse.

very slick and light weight. its loaded with usb ports and have adequate memory.

I have to admit Windows 8 takes some getting used to. But overall this is a great laptop. It has pretty much everything you need. I'm very happy.

The help and info was great during purchasing this item at the store. especially the big memory is an outcome for me. Very fast and solid laptop.

Not a huge fan of this laptop. Absolutely hate the mouse pad. It's too touchy when trying to left and right click since it's built into the whole pad and doesn't have the separate left and right buttons to click on. Not a fan of the windows 8 either.

This laptop if light and fast. The keyboard fits my fingers just right. I would recommend this computer to everyone unless you are a big gamer.

Thought it was a touch screen but is not. Otherwise, works extremely well.

The HP Pavilion is perfect for doing reports for work, and using the internet. I like the clarity and the 15.6" screen. Highly recommended!

This computer is really great for the price. Screen size is perfect. Not to crazy about Windows . Also, pad has no left and right buttons.

It has a lots of good features like Intel i7 and 6GB of Ram, which should be really fast. The more I like is the Beats Audio with a 15.6 screen, where I enjoy watching lots of movies. I wish if the screen came with the 1080p, but it does look pretty good. This is a good laptop for all students.

I bought two of these for rental units. They hold up well physically and are reliable and fast.

it's a great computer for what I needed it for. It's definitely what you would get for your money. But it gets the job done. I use it forint and my husbands business so it works perfect. I would recommend this computer to anyone just looking for a simple and reliable computer.

We got this as an open box special for my son who is a college student. He loves it and says it works great. Fast and easy.
