Hard to get to my email at least 3-4 times per wk.

Windows 10 does not work well

A Great Performing Laptop

The sound is much better than a previous HP laptop that I had replaced it with, and battery life is longer too. Unless you need a computer where your applications will need maximum resources, this laptop should serve your needs.

Very Slow

The laptop is very slow and tends to close out of programs or freeze during loading pages. And no it's not the internet connection because I have it right next to the Toshiba and the Toshiba doesn't do that. I didn't start using it until after a few weeks of the purchase. The store said returns are only good for 14 days. I wish I would have started using it right away to see the issues and then return it for another Toshiba. Lesson learned.

Great computer with big screen
