    Still running great a year later! Reason for 4 stars is that I'm not a huge fan of the track pad with no separate buttons, but not a huge deal.

    I came in and spoke to a salesman about laptops. I Specified that I needed one with Bluetooth. He shrugged and said, " They all come with Bluetooth". Got home and spent a whole day trying to figure out how to enable the Bluetooth to realize it didn't have it on it. I returned the computer , got a full refund and left to buy elsewhere. Best buy needs to train they're salespeople better. Instead of Best buy it was a worst buy

    I needed a larger screen laptop and I couldn't pass this one up at $399.I like it a lot, it's fast, it's lightweight and the screen is very nice. The wifi is nice and fast and the keyboard and touchpad are great also. Definitely worth the money.

    I got this laptop for Christmas and it was "defective" I returned it for another one that ALSO ended up being defective. I thought "hey, third time's the charm". Nope. It actually turned on and started working (unlike the other two) but started going really slow and eventually crashed. I gave up and haven't bought a laptop for myself since. Disappointing too because I used to love the HP brand
