I purchased my computer a few days ago. The first thing I noticed is that the color is beautiful. The computer is fast and smooth. It is large screen and it is slim. I really hope it lasts me some years, like my old hp. Thanks :)

I purchased this computer mainly for my work which mostly consists of microsoft office. It handles it fine and works ok for the money.

This HP laptop is actually a really good computer fully equiped with Windows 10 but there are some flaws. First, this happened to mine at least, the internet would keep on glitching out and saying I didn't have it until I talked to HP and they helped me fix it so basically its a pretty good computer if you ask me for a good price.

Fast boot with clear screen.without heat emission. I am surprised to see this performance for this price. Less than half of the Mac products works this well. I have to congratulate HP and Best Buy. I hope this lasts 3 years.

This isn't a bad computer. Actually, it's nice. The only problems I keep having is with the keyboard. I use daily. At least 2 times a day. The keys/keyboard will quit working. I have to restart the computer then it's all okay til the next time. I try to call tech support. there is always a long wait of over 2 hrs. I haven't had the chance to stay on the phone that long.

Purchased this computer to work primarily with computer software. Was definitely a good decision. For the price I paid I could not have found a computer with better specs. The only issue if have experienced is occasional slow start up.
