Excellent PC. This is 2nd one I have purchased. For every feature they put into it it's well worth $500. Any other pc with this much hardware you would spend over $800

The only thing missing from this laptop is "full HD" resolution, but that's what keeps it in the very affordable price tier. Excellent display and speed. Great value.

My only complaint is this thing is LOUD! Very distracting when trying to work, I have to play music to drown out the humming.

Bought this as a present for my girlfriend and she loves it. I have a gaming desktop and this isn't bad for the average user. Definitely recommend this laptop!

Windows 8.2 has been easier to use than I thought it would be. Graphics are vivid in color and detail. Sound is awesome. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

This computer is snappy, doesn't heat up like my old Dell, and is feature and spec loaded for the price. Really can't beat it unless you spend hundreds more.

It is much better with a wireless mouse. The mouse on the laptop is very sensitive.

This laptop performs as expected for a base model. If you want strictly a laptop, not a hybrid, this will work for you.

Got this laptop for CNC programming. It's pretty stable for a big software and the screen is awesome.

THE THING IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE WIFI CAPABILITY BUT IT FAILS MOST OF THE TIME ONLY WORKING FOR A MINUTE THEN NOTHING. I HAVE A 6 YR OLD DELL STUDIO WITH WINDOWS 7 THAT GETS THE WIFI AOK IN THE SAME LOCATION. EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH BEST BUY AND THIS PRODUCT FAIL. TOO BAD HP CANNOT MAKE A DECENT LAPTOP THAT WORKS. TOO BAD THE SO CALLED HELP BY THE GEEK SQUAD FAILED ME. BEST BUY SHOULD TAKE IT BACK AND GIVE ME A LAPTOP THAT WORKS BUT I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE 15 DAY RETURN POLICY SO I SUPPOSE I AM STUCK WITH IT AT A $900.00 TOTAL LOSS....
