I have use several in the past but this is one is very quick and Problem free so far.

I bought this laptop for my 23 Yo son, who loved it. The speakers were awesome, and enjoyed watching movies on it.

I bought this new laptop primarily for school use.. I love it! Great picture, sound, and the large screen is great!

11 year old twin boys loved there new computers . They use it for school and for play . It works great for both ..

Great laptop for the price and does everything that I need it to do, which is mostly using Office and Photoshop.

I haven't had much time to really work with it. But I do know its what ill need.

i use it for basic stuff. internet browsing, music, etc. great for that so far.

The windows 8 interface is terrible and not user friendly at all. Second it does not come standard with any work or word processor. Also the mc afee Security is terrible and littered with pop ups and updates and restarts. Sooo NOT impressed.

After one week of owning this computer the monitor broke internally. Not sure how that even happened. It was not left in the cold, dropped, spilled on, or even had anything heavy left on top of it. We had the computer sitting on a table the entire time and only two adults were using it. Of course, that is not covered by warranty so we sent it off to the geek squad and in order to fix it the cost was going to be $288. They gave no explanation as to how this could of happened. The cost of the computer itself was around $550. Very disappointed in the computer and service. It's sad that we had to pay for their poor quality. I'm just completlly in awe on how a monitor could break so easily.

I'm not tech savvy by any means, but I do fiddle a bit and this laptop handled everything I asked of it and then some. The major selling point for me was the screen size... Came in handy when doing group projects for classes and needed to share with everyone!

Good product for the price. And the touch smart and processing is an asset

This laptop has great keyboard feel. I love the 17 inch monitor. It's also very lightweight for its size.

old computer out dated,so this one is ideal for banking and paying bills.

excellent but just set up. I'll know more in the next few months as i become familiar with how it works.

this is a decent computer but im just no a fan of best buy anymorre

Thid PC will more than meet the requirements for the intebded user.
