    I purchased an HP Envy on December 26, 2014 and had to return it to Best Buy for a swap due it stalling and also boot me in and out of the internet. After much trouble shooting at home. school and at Best Buy we found that the laptop was malfunctioning. Now I have a new one and it is doing the same thing. I will need to swap again. This is slowing my progress down for school deadlines. I am not happy with this laptop at all. I will be changing to a Mac which will probably be better for me as I am a Media/Audio student. Overall with the service of Best Buy and the employees I was very happy and impressed. Thank you

    This computer seemed great. Bought it for my child at school. Unfortunately, after a month the B and N keys stopped working and she could no longer enter her password. Because best buys warranty apparently expires after 15 days, I was told to contact the manufacturer. Fortunately, I did not listen and went into the store where a Geek Squad member shipped it out for repairs for me. My child is borrowing a computer to use at school. Will find out in 10 to 30 days how this story ends. Next time I will try to buy a computer from a store with a more thorough warranty.

    Difficult to access, edit and print photos in a required size and quality. Word processing is awkward. Easy to prematurely send an email before completing it.
