It's hard to get familiar with windows 8 - I think I liked windows 7 better!

Buttons get stuck in my nails. I hate the new windows format and set up.

I was advices by the sales rep. that the laptop I had purchased would be pretty fast. While using this product I have noticed that it slows down a lot after opening a couple of programs. To my understanding the date of purchase I wouldn't have a problem if I had a couple of programs running.

Great for emails still trying to learn Windows 8 and tile system.

Great system to play online games with friends and family!

The HP started giving me issues within a month of purchase.

I wish it came with new windows 10 already, battery ok...

Still getting adjusted to Windows 8. It is different.

I did not like this laptop, I thought it would be a much faster machine that my older HP, but it still took longer that I thought for a new machine, with all that memory, to start up and run programs. I suspect the issue might be with the pre installed virus software, because every time I loaded anything, it made me wait. Either way I was forced to return it, and I will be looking again for a quicker model.

The computer itself was great. Fast processing, touchpad not too sensitive. I tried for almost 30 days to get used to Windows 8, and finally gave up. I returned the computer, and ultimately bought a Mac.

Bought this on sale to replace an older HP that the screen broke on. It still works with an external monitor but too much of a pain. This has treated me well so far and hope it lasts a few MORE years...

Though it is very large the battery seems to last a fair while and the screen is very bright.

Great 1st time computer that will last many years. Definitely get what you pay for.

This is my 3rd laptop and I truly love it. Still works as good as the day I bought it and I hope it continues to work many more months because I hate shopping for new computers!

I only buy HP products. The battery life on this laptop is not the greatest but it has been a good laptop for both work and play.

This piece of garbage which cost me 525 on sale. Bought it 14 months ago. Started having Internet connection problems in november which was 11 months into the warranty. Finally stopped connecting completly in december right about a year. We just took it in couple of weeks ago to a have local comouter place look at it. Appearntly its a huge probkem over internet also. Ask best buy and its a 12 month warranty and of course now im out of over 500 dollars

Greatcamera and sound. My son loves it. Wireless is just cool. I am enjoying more my movies on Netflix

This is a great laptop with six gig of RAM and a huge hard drive topped off with a 17 inch screen makes it a perfect desktop replacement battery life seems to be very good as well
