Fast and Functional

You don't always need the best or fastest... only pay for what you need. If you aren't a gamer, this computer will work great for general school work, internet, and online searching. Love it!

Great laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I started out having a few problems with the seemingly slow speed of this laptop, but I found that when I changed the setting to always use internet explorer to open windows, rather than letting the system select what to use, (or something like that?) the speed is great and I am very pleased with it. This is my second HP. I still have the older one that needs some refreshing, but it still works for small tasks.

HP Pavilion 17-f115dx laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never been a big fan of HP due to all the 'bloat-ware' installed on their PC's, but the price was right on this unit when looking for a work laptop. Has worked well so far, is fast and as advertised. Only complaints (which is why only 4 stars) is placement of power connector (side instead of rear and lack of more USB 3.0 ports.
