Like this laptop very much, got it for a great price

I am very happy with my new laptop. NOT very impressed with the service I received. The attitudes of the people that took care of me were not as caring as I would hope for. Just the way customer service seems to go these days. But disappointed none the less.

HP has always been reliable. I've had my 1st HP laptop for 8 years now and it's still going. However, I needed a good computer for watching HD shows online and at $479 this was a great buy. It's lightweight for travel too. Great picture, great sound.

Meets my technical needs quite well. There other competitors on the market but I chose HP for what it can do. The tech support team are vey good for assistance.

I had little knowledge of laptops or sound bars but the salespe at best buy in Chesapeake Virginia are great and very patient. I left with excellent electronics and more information than I could use. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Only problem keyboard can be too sensitive which causes the increase of size of screen and/or bounces you to other windows or desk top unexpectedly. This can be very frustrating when you typing a document, email, etc..

This is a good pc. I needed it for school to use with Quickbooks program and it it sufficient for my needs. I am a Mac user for the most part but it is good to be user friendly in all platforms. Thanks best buy.

Had the fan on my old computer stop working on me. Was too costly to get that replaced so just got a new computer instead. Haven't had a problem with this one yet and installed the Windows 10 upgrade just fine. Love the 10-key included in the keyboard.

I have been very happy my my HP labtop and monitor. It was at a great price and the speed on the labtop are great along with the clarity and size of monitor. The customer service was fantastic and will continue going to best buy to get my tech stuff. . .

I'm pleased with my purchased. It was a bit getting use to how it worked between the windows and desk top but once I got that understanding it was fine.

I have enjoyed my new computer, especially as my old computer was a ten year old desktop. I was anxious I might have trouble with Windows 8, but with a little help, I was fine. I love the larger monitor, thus the reason for this purchase.

I purchased this product after looking at other laptops. I did my own research. At the time of purchase this was the best bang for your buck as some would say. The features are great for daily use. Im happy with my purchase.

It was a Christmas present to my GF. It preformed really good. No lag when she play WoW. And after all the updates, it performed better. Really a good deal for the price. Her dad bought the same exact one after he saw it.

I had an HP Pavilion widescreen laptop for a bunch of years now and it was time to replace it. I was so happy with my last one I decided to get another HP. I love it.

I am glad I bought the Hp laptop. I am loving it every day I use it. The SD card reader makes it easy for me to transfer my pictures to the laptop. So am happy with my laptop

Nice laptop for the price. It's a great screen size (17") laptop is a lot heavier than I expected. Very hard to get used to the mousepad when you are used to a mouse. Guess I'll just have to go back to the store and buy a wireless mouse.

Laptop works great very fast. Windows 8 is hard to get used to after reading up on tips. It is very easy to navigate around.

I use it for graphics and small website design. It starts up super fast and is fast while processing graphics and other data files. The big screen makes working on multiple programs at the same time super easy.

Purchased this for my older parents when their previous laptop finally died. They like the laptop - not much different than their previous HP, they loathe Windows 8.1.

If you are looking for a computer with great sound for multimedia and great picture along with the ability to do work, this is the computer for you! I would brush up on my knowledge of windows 8 before hand.
