I initially didn't come in looking for this particular item however after speaking with a customer service rep I made a decision and it was a good one . I'm a satisfied customer.

Was looking for an affordable lap top for college and I found the right one. Easy to maneuver but larger than I expected. Fits in my laptop case despite the size. Liking it.

Haven't had a chance to use it much ... sound not good for movies or games or music .. good for basic clarity. and voice. Speed fine for finance, data, stocks, taxes etc.

This laptop has a crystal clear screen. The 17" screen makes it easy to see and read what you are looking at. Watching videos works great also.

This is a great HP laptop with a big screen. Things are easy to see with adequate space to display the content of what is being viewed. Access is easy and the memory features are fabulous. It will be some time before an external drive is needed for storage. Good buy for us.

I'm really impressed with this laptop. Great price and light weight for a 17" screen. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone.

This is the fourth HP laptop that I have purchased. I have found them easy to use and very durable,since I have 2 sons that are always dropping them on the floor.

I am very happy with this laptop. The only thing I would like to see different is the DVD drive. A BluRay drive instead of regular drive would make it perfect.

I got this because I needed a productivity machine. It has delivered. It's not a gaming laptop but it will play some less intense graphical games.

The screen is a bit big for my taste, but it functions well. Definitely not the best for gaming, but it’s somewhat decent.

The computer is nice, I would have given it a 5 but I'm not a huge fan of the new style mouse pad. It has taken a little while to get use too

I needed something that would be an economical backup for my work at home computer. Have used for the past month with no issues. Not a travel computer too large, The large screen makes it great for working on large spreadsheets.

Since I don't do a lot of downloading and saving. This laptop is perfect for me. The setup was very simple and the price was right.

Everything is good so far. Wish I could have purchased 15" instead of 17" due to travel backpack and cabin luggage issues.

We bought two computers for my husband and I and for your basic computer it's working just fine. We have had no problems.

This is an okay computer for the basics...games, emails. etc. Not exceptionally fast but fast enough for what I need.

Great laptop. Windows 10 was a little hard to get used to. Overall this is a great product. Have had no problems at all.

Purchased this laptop for my wife to replace an aging ASUS one, about 6 years old. Very fast and great viewing on the 17 inch screen. A great step up in performance. No issues right out of the box. Recommended.

Happy with overall performance, but not happy about the very short battery life.

It's a great laptop. I just am not use to Windows 10 and I'm having a hard time with the software, but learning.
