problem with power cord

Horrible wifi driver

This is a software issue so not covered under warranty. BS. So disappointed in HP for not upgrading this software (after researching I found this driver has had issues for at least 4 years). I am not computer savvy so I have to pay the Geek Squad to fix this issue.

Very disappointed & want to return product

But this new model is so disappointing that I am going to see if I can return it!! It is totally frustrating to use!!! It constantly changes Font Sizes from High to Low!!! Pain in the butte!!
