This is now the 3rd laptop like this we've owned. Love the big screen. Had a high heat problem with the last one warped the case and froze the screen. Not happy, but at least I could replace it. Lasted almost 4 years though.

My windows XP Dell Vostro was eight years old and updating the O.S. Was proving difficult. Our other laptop is a Macbook Pro. Most of our technology devices are Apple. I did not want to spend a lot for a new laptop which woild be used mostly for email and internet surfing. This HP has been perfect for my needs. Learning Win 10 has been pretty easy. All my documents and other files transferred easily fron external hd backup from the Dell. I am using the free Libre Office suite and it is working great. Also using free antivirus which came with the laptop but plan to use free AVG when those expire. I had been using iPad and phone but find I am opting forthis new laptop instead. Battery life around 5-6 hours per charge. So far, excellent choice about amonth in.

The computer is just great. Windows 10 is driving me crazy The One Drive is giving me a problem. No C drive. C . One Drive is wanting Me to buy more space. What is going on. Why can't I have my own storage Space?

Screen is much larger than expected and mouse is a little tricky. Overall laptop is ok

Coming from an older HP 210 mini to this thing was a huge jump. Runs everything I need and does it well. Glad I bought it.

Bought this computer in order to replace a computer we have had for a while. Seems to be working nice for the lower price.

I had a battery issue with my main laptop and needed something to get me by while it was in the shop. Almost four years later and this baby is still going. I never expected it to last so long. The case feels cheap, the mouse buttons never clicked properly, and only one USB port works, but this laptop travels with me and has survived multiple drops, falls, and one overzealous TSA screener.

For the money was a good deal it took me awhile to get used to Windows 10 but haven't had any problems with the laptop

Works Great Lots Of Memory Easy to Figure Out......

Nice Computer, Little too big for my lap but it's great on the desk. Too bad HP loaded so much un-needed "stuff" which I am still trying to take out. Otherwise it's running like a champ. I have an old elite book with 7 pro that will run circles around it but you can't compare really as they are two different animals. I get weird anomalies once in a while but time seems to heal all. (weird) I do like this hp and I hope to have all the "stuff" out in the near future.

A good laptop: quick, nice screen, able to handle videos, texts, images. The trackpad is a bit balky, and the HP laptop doesn't play nicely with Windows 10 as far as recharging goes: Windows periodically says that it's connected but not recharging. Then I have to pull the battery, push on the on switch for ten seconds, replace the battery and turn it on. It works then, but....

It's a good laptop, only thing I didn't like was the touch pad. It seemed to be a bit loose and floats to much

great because it has a large screen only draw back is the up/down curser on right hand size its too small.

Prior to purchasing this laptop, I had a laptop with Windows Vista. Needless to say, this laptop is a breath of fresh air. Fast response times and I'm really enjoying the larger screen. Good times!!!

Tried a few other brands, always return to HP. This laptop is everything I was looking for. Purchased the Microsoft Office 365 bundle with wireless mouse and Kaspersky. Very happy with this purchase.

HP Pavilion works great well worth what i paid, not a real big fan of windows 10, I'm getting used to it.

Bought this for my son who is in the army and maxed out he memory good value for the price he is happy

Basic laptop but good guts. Just wish that HP would publish manuals with their units.

This laptop was a great buy for the price. It has a large monitor and is super fast.
