Poor performance

I continually have to restart in order to view Yahoo after getting messages that I am not connected even though I have done nothing to disconnect. I have already been back to see the Geek Squad twice and will now have to make a third trip to get this issue resolved. I am totally dissatisfied at this point and would not recommend this product to anyone.
