it was a needed item to my office, runs well and much lighter than my old laptop. It functions very well and of course is up to date so it is fast

Have had a lot of problems staying connected to Internet and psges not displaying. If I can get these problems resolved it will be a good laptop.

I love this laptop. We went over several of them with one of the specialists at Best Buy before deciding on this one. Because of his help and suggestions, it was much easier to choose what would work best for me.

I was looking for inexpensive computer for my buisness the HP Pavillion is great just what I was looking for. It was under $600.00. Just goes to prove you don't have to spend the big bucks.

We bought the lap top to replace a desk top that died. The Geek Squad told us to bring in the dead desk top and they would try to transfer our data to the new lap top. They did that & fixed & upgraded to windows 10 the desk top. I highly recommend getting the Geek Squad.

This laptop computer is all I wanted in my first laptop. I am well pleased with it. The keyboard has a nice touch and response. The touchpad is too sensitive for my novice fingers right now so I am having to use a mouse. The salesperson was very patient and informative.

I purchased this laptop for my son for his first year of college during the tax free week before school began for the year. The processor has the speed he needs when using several applications simultaneously and a good amount storage for his music and files. Great buy.

As a teacher, I have online courses that I am required to view. I needed a laptop with excellent speakers. This laptop has more than met this requirement. I am very pleased!

Recently bought the Mini 3 with wifi to replace the Mini 2 that was stolen. My daughter is very pleased with her replacement I-pad Mini 3 and I'm pleased with the price!

In the four weeks I've had it everything is good. Two things I wish it had are a light on the caps lock key and a light showing WiFi connection.

I use my laptop for my sideline businesses (writing and teaching dance). Easy to use with all the power I need. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend this product and this store to anyone.

This computer looks and works great. Excellent screen clarity, fast processing and navigation. Have not totally figured out One Drive yet but working on it. Everything I need for completing my bachelors!

This is a great laptop for school. Love that it had a built in cd drive. Enough memory and hard dive space to do all that is needed

It is not compatible with WIFI. I do not know what issue, I am talking to the tech. guys.

Just so-so. Sometimes it is easy to crash, but large screen is absolutely a great feast.

This is a very nice laptop with a large screen. Even though it is bigger than my previous laptop, it is convenient to carry anywhere. I like HP products and this one is perfect for my needs!

No right click button on computer. Slow at times, does what I need for the price.

I got this laptop to replace my old pc and am verry happy with it. It runs great and my only complaint is that some of the keys stick but I use a separate keyboard most of the time anyway.

Bought this laptop to replace 5 year old hp pavilion, and couldn't be happier with this purchase. Looked at some more expensive options, but went with this one. Lots of bang for the buck.
