    I have very little to no problems with this laptop. There is an occasional mouse glitch. The mouse is not clicking but simply touching the screen resets the mouse and makes it work again. But overall, I could not be any happier with this purchase. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!

    I feel that the product is okay, how eaver being a total tech customer, I certainly think that someone should have made me somewhat familiar with the operation and functions of the product, they certainly had no problem taking my money, which you can check and see that it is considerable. I feel that Best Buy is better than that.
