Wanted 16 GB for better performance but stuck with 8 GB RAM and a useless memory stick.

I had a hard time downloading the free spyware for Best Buy site but eventually I received a email that worked. Price could of been less for the screen size.

Great Starter Computer

It's sleek and lightweight with a comfortable keyboard. I'm not a fan of Windows 11 in S mode, but you can easily turn that off and the OS switches to standard Home edition. The number of i/o ports is adequate and the screen resolution is acceptable. Great value for the price.

Terribel product, Terrible customer service!

Exactly 3 months later 1-06-24 the laptop black screened and wont turn on. I went here the day it black screen and was told by the return guy i have to run through the hoops of getting in contact with HP in order for them to do a warranty replacement. On top of that this Guy was talking and accidentally spit on my face. What a Garbage Corporate Company! Im so sick and tired of the crappy customer service. Best buy you guys have lost yet another customer, what a shame because this best buy location is nice and stocked. PS this was best buy #431, located in Fort Myers Florida.

Okay laptop

The screen is very small for me, maybe because I got used to large monitors connected to my other laptop. Also, I noticed some malfunctioning of the mouse when I transition it from a tablet to the laptop. Not sure if it was getting confused or what but still observing it more.

So many features, and the quality and sleek look. I highly recommended this laptop to anyone, especially if you're in school to learn a trade!

The only reason (so far) to not give it 5* is that it does not have the number pad on the right side. It’s not a huge issue yet but if you work with numbers / spreadsheets a lot, it will probably be a big deal.
