Excellent product for day use. Nice design Battery last about 4 hours in normal day taks. Only problem is that the CAPs have no light, But I did buy knowing that.

I got this on sale, and it was well worth the MSRP on this laptop. It’s great as an everyday pc. The screen is beautiful and it streams anything flawlessly. The 256 gb ssd is super fast but a little small, but a 256 sd card can fix that for anything that doesn’t require the speed of the ssd.

I like my new laptop. It’s easy to use and navigate. When I called the help line about installing an app I was very pleased with help I got. My only complaint is the life of the battery. I’ve never had a laptop and I’m not sure if this is normal.

I really like my new HP Pavilion. It has all the figures that I want and additional ones to explore. I got great support from the Geek Squad when I was selecting a new computer and also when I was synching my computer to my print.

the reaction of the touch pad is not very good, when trying to close tabs and work on different things. I like the weight and portability of the laptop , but do not like the way the system works.

The computer is just right for what I am using it for. I needed another computer to seperate some of my personal stuff from the information that I have on another computer that had starting slowing down. I have seperated some more important stuff to this new computer.

Almost a year later and this has been a great value add to our household.

Windows 11 works well and fast. My issue is with the mousepad, which is quick to show signs of use; would have liked to see something similar to what Macs have. I also wish the brightness level could go higher. Overall very good value for price.

Wife is a Teacher Assistant for the school district and this laptop has been fantastic. Does all the essential and was under $300

Excellent computer for the price, the screen looks great. The store had it ready for pickup about 10 minutes after I placed the order.

The laptop is great, I love it. My problem is that I paid for a brand new one and was sent a used one with someone else as the administrator. This wouldn't be a problem usually because I can still login on my school accounts. But to do my proctored exams I have to take it out of S mode, and I can't do that because I'm not the administrator. This is frustrating because as I said, I paid for a new one, but also because my classes started today and I have a quiz that is proctored that I can't complete.

The laptop is not bad. What was bad was trying to find this laptop. Best Buy in several stores stated that they had a few in stock, but when I went to purchase, they were all "out". However, they had the more expensive laptops in stock.

I have always invested in HP laptop and Printers and never had any major issues a few minors that were resolved in a timely matter. Overall HP is the way to go in a Laptop!
