    Specifications says it has a fingerprint scanner. It does not. A fingerprint scanner was one of my must-haves when ordering a new computer so I'm kinda disappointed. Its also my first HP and I'm not a fan of the set up. I dont think I'll order another HP but thats just a personal preference

    Too "temperamental" - speedy. Whole documents disappear such that I must send drafts by email to others to make sure I can retrieve them. I am a speedy typist since age 10 - old fashioned, typewriter so that could be the problem. Both hands, not single fingers. May cause this. All new ones have same problem.
